Whats our delivery policy?

3TONE aims to deliver your order as soon as possible, which is ideally between 1-2 days in Kuwait (up to 48 hours) and 3-6 days for GCC countries. For any concerns you can contact us through info@3tonekw.com or through the website chat button or through WhatsApp on +965 66596194.

Note all the shipping charges are paid to the shipping service (either locally or Internationally).

Whats our return/exchange policy?

3TONE currently only delivers locally in Kuwait and to the GCC, but we are hoping to expand to more countries in the near future.
